What this website does
Each point below describes how the site is actually built, not an intention.
The contact form
The form on the contact page collects your first name, last name, e-mail address, your message, and your confirmation that you have read this notice. It is delivered as an e-mail to info@robonestbs.com through our e-mail delivery provider; this website keeps no database and stores nothing of its own. Your e-mail address is used as the reply address so we can answer you. To prevent abuse, submissions from the same connection are counted against a one-way hash of your IP address, in server memory only and for at most 24 hours.
Chat assistant
What you write to the assistant in the bottom-right corner is processed to generate a reply, primarily by an AI model running on our own company server; when that model is unavailable, the reply is generated by Anthropic’s Claude service (USA), in which case your messages are transferred abroad. Chats are recorded on our own company server: your messages and the assistant’s replies, the time, the page the chat was opened on, the language, browser information and your IP address. The raw IP address is deleted within 24 hours and only a hashed form is kept; for messages flagged as abusive, the raw IP is kept as evidence for 2 years. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are masked in the records. We use the records to answer your questions, to understand areas of interest and improve our service, to prevent abuse, and to handle legal claims. Records are kept for 180 days; records flagged as abusive for 2 years. The model on our own server tags messages with a topic and an abuse label; in case of abuse the chat can be closed automatically for a limited time, and a permanent block is only applied by an administrator’s decision. If you turn on spoken replies, the reply text is sent to ElevenLabs to be converted into speech; the microphone button uses your browser’s own speech recognition, and some browsers send the audio to their own servers for this. If you give the assistant your name and e-mail address to request contact, those details are sent by e-mail to info@robonestbs.com. To prevent abuse, messages sent to the assistant and spoken replies are counted against a one-way hash of your IP address; this counter is kept only in server memory, is never written to disk and is deleted within 24 hours.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading the English or the Turkish version. There are no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies — which is why you are never asked to accept a cookie banner.
Visit statistics
To see which pages of the site are visited and how often, we use Umami, open-source software we host on the same server as this website. Umami sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. For each page view it records the address and title of the page, the address of the page that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and the country, region and city derived from your IP address using a database on our own server. Your IP address is not recorded; page views from the same visitor are grouped by a one-way hash of your IP address and browser details that is renewed every month. This data is not shared with third parties.
Third-party requests
On desktop, the moving robot at the top of the home page is loaded from Spline’s content network (prod.spline.design). Like any web request, it carries the technical data every request carries, such as your IP address and browser details. On phones and tablets the scene is not requested at all.

Under KVKK you may ask which of your personal data we hold, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@robonestbs.com and we will respond.
